The Story
What you actually need is someone who understands both the field and the boardroom —
real operational systems, leadership that builds people, execution frameworks,
and accountability. No one was serving that space with depth. So I built Kunateh Impact to fill it.
I've led portfolios exceeding $100M+, delivered enterprise technology and cybersecurity programs
across 800+ retail and fuel locations, and built leadership systems that turned struggling teams
into high-performing cultures. Through all of it, one truth became impossible to ignore:
performance and humanity aren't opposites — they scale best together.
That's not a philosophy I arrived at from a seminar. It came from decades in the field:
managing the tension between quarterly targets and the people responsible for hitting them,
watching leaders burn out their teams chasing metrics without building culture,
and learning — sometimes the hard way — that sustainable results come from building
the people who build the business.
Beyond the Work
Outside of business, I'm a husband, father, and mentor.
Leadership and parenting share the same core ingredients:
patience, accountability, compassion, discipline, and the willingness
to develop people through seasons of growth. That perspective fuels my mission —
and it's why I'm known for building cultures rooted in accountability, operational discipline,
emotional intelligence, and sustainable growth. Performance and humanity aren't opposites.
